And the waiting begins

Vance and I are moven on up in the adult world. We made an offer on our first home Thursday! I'm so excited and am hoping like crazy that things work out and in a timely manner. The anticipation is killing me! I'm not good at the waiting game. We feel really good about the area and the home so we're hoping for the best. I have a hard time sleeping at night because all I can think about is paint, trim, yard work, etc. that I'm actually looking forward too! Next to being a wife and mother, this really is the biggest dream a girl has.

Now for a Gemma update. The girl is finally walking! And loving it! She's also not as picky about her food anymore! I'm a happy mama about that one for sure. She loves saying "Hi" to everyone and has now had some success in saying "Hello"! She's a total daddy's girl and loves to boogie. She doesn't understand why moms belly is getting big all she knows is that it gets in her way. She sometimes likes to lift my shirt up and pinch at it with an occassional pat or two. I can't wait to see her reaction to a new baby around the house. I think she'll love it!

My Garbage

I was startled right out side my window by my garbage can so I took a peek. I was not expecting what I saw and I wasn't sure how I should handle the situation. I have lived in Bisbee now for over a year and this has never been a problem. I know they are dangerous so I was smart enough not to run outside and scare them but "dang it!", I wanted them out of my garbage! I slammed my front door a few times to startle them away but I must have had a mighty feast in those plastic sacks. They were very persistant! I finally gave up. There wasn't anything else I could do but wait for morning and clean up the mess. Of course I called Vance to worn him of the potential danger since he was on his way home. Luckily these ugly beasts finally left right before Vance made it home. There was a total of 3 javalina.

"Pimp My Ride"

Just the other day, Gemma and I were able to drag Vance out of the house and take him to "Splash Time" with us. Now, I'm usually the pansy when it comes to getting in the cold water but the water really wasn't that cold. It was very enjoyable. It was Vance this time that was the "girl". After make'n fun of him we ended up in the warm pool. As we left, this is what we found. As rediculous as this is, we see cars like this all the time! Who has the time to do something so cRaZy?
